Botanizing in New Zealand

I've been waiting in New Zealand to fly to Antarctica for almost a week now. Like any well behaved botanist, I took some time to check out some plants. I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Christchurch Botanic Gardens and the local flora near Arthur's Pass. I'll have some follow up posts that will discuss some cool aspects of these critters. Until then please sit back, relax, and enjoy the botanical images. Peace.
